CSWST2 provided civil engineering services for the expansion of Ukiah Valley Medical Center, supporting significant upgrades to emergency care and hospital support facilities serving the Ukiah community. The project included expansion of the Emergency Department to accommodate higher-level trauma services and the addition of a new medical office building.
The work was delivered through a phased approach that allowed the hospital to remain fully operational throughout construction. CSWST2 addressed complex site circulation, utility integration, and access requirements, including relocation of the helipad to improve emergency response functionality.
Through careful coordination and phased design, the project enhanced critical healthcare infrastructure while minimizing disruption to patients, visitors, and staff. The expanded medical center now provides improved emergency services and modernized facilities to better serve the region.
