  • This position is perfect for the intrepid engineer looking to broaden their perspective or explore new areas of expertise. Our multi-disciplinary staff offers peer-to-peer learning environments so you can do deep dives into specific areas of practice or work on a little bit of everything… all while building leadership skills, learning how to manage teams, and working directly with clients.

    • Have the freedom to work independently, with senior staff around to support you

    • Help lead a team of junior engineers

    • Write technical reports, develop planning studies, and learn the ins and outs of Quality Assurance and Quality Control

    • Attend client meetings and coordinate with clients directly

    • Think critically and broadly, and enjoy problem-solving

    • You have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water CAD, Storm CAD, AutoTurn, and other similar programs
