The Ferry-to-Bridge-to-Greenway project establishes regional bicycle and pedestrian connections linking the Richmond Ferry Terminal, the Richmond–San Rafael Bridge, and the Richmond Greenway. The corridor plays a key role in expanding multimodal access across multiple jurisdictions.

CSWST2 supported planning and design efforts for new bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, including railroad crossings, traffic signal modifications, and wayfinding elements along designated regional trail segments.

The project enhances regional mobility by delivering safe, continuous connections between transit hubs, neighborhoods, and recreational destinations.
