Hal Brown Park Creekside Marsh Improvements | Corte Madera, CA

$25.00

CSWST2 supported Marin County Parks with restoration and access improvements at Hal Brown Park, advancing the County’s vision to enhance public recreation while protecting the sensitive Creekside Marsh ecosystem. The project addresses long-standing flooding challenges while improving accessibility within a coastal wetland environment.

The work introduced a new 120-foot prefabricated pedestrian bridge, an elevated ADA-compliant boardwalk, and a network of accessible pathways. These improvements improve circulation for all users, restore tidal connectivity, and support the long-term health of the surrounding marsh habitat.

Designed with climate resilience in mind, the bridge and supporting infrastructure are engineered to accommodate future sea-level rise and increasingly frequent storm events. The project strengthens the park’s ecological function while providing reliable, inclusive access for the community.
