TJ Bansal is an Design Engineer based in CSWST2’s Pleasanton office. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University and brings a unique professional background to the team. TJ previously worked in the legal field as a patent attorney and also has experience with homebuilding prior to pursuing his long-standing goal of becoming a civil engineer — a profession inspired by his family. In addition to his role at CSWST2, he teaches lower division engineering and computer science courses at Contra Costa Community College. Outside of work, TJ enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, especially camping and skiing.
