As CSWST2’s Chief Financial Officer, Linda draws on more than twenty years of operational management experience in A/E/C to guide the firm toward long-term profitability and sustainability. She is continually inspired to evolve better strategies, design more efficient financial management processes, and nurture a resilient, people-centered company culture.
Prior to joining CSWST2, Linda served as COO and CFO of Sherwood Design Engineers and BKF Engineers, where she led strategy, planning, and accounting initiatives that supported significant organizational growth. One of her greatest professional joys is collaborating with emerging industry leaders and fostering an environment that encourages professional development, socially and environmentally sustainable methodologies, and strong financial stewardship.
Well known throughout the industry for her attention to trends and creative problem-solving, Linda also contributes her expertise beyond the firm. She currently serves on the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) for the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District (H.A.R.D.), helping ensure responsible management of voter-approved bond funds.
Outside of work, Linda is most at home in parks and the outdoors—spaces that inspire both her personal and professional perspective. Her hobbies include baking, caring for her chickens, and pursuing a passion for urban farming.
