In 2020, the CSW|ST2 team was fortunate to support several great public and private clients in their mission to improve infrastructure, enhance economic activity, and strengthen communities throughout California. I am very grateful for the trust you placed in us. This could not have been possible without our partners to whom I’m thankful for their continued collaboration. When we work together we all succeed.
Most of all, I am grateful to the CSW|ST2 family. 2020 was not easy, but your dedication and perseverance allowed us to provide responsive engineering and surveying services to continue meeting our clients’ needs regardless of the challenges facing our community.
This year has illustrated that change is always present in our professional and personal lives. CSW|ST2 will experience a major change with the retirement of Al Cornwell at the end of 2020. As the firm’s former president who led the organization through highs and lows since the 1980’s, Al has been a rock for our team. I first met Al in 2017 and was inspired by his dedication, hard work, expertise, relaxed character, and most of all, his commitment to staff. We are now entering our third generation of ownership in CSW|ST2’s 65 year history and I feel confident that the foundation laid by Al will allow us to have a prosperous future.
