CSW|ST2 designed the infrastructure renewal of the Clark Kerr Campus, located just a few blocks away from the main UC Berkeley campus. Consisting of 25 buildings and several designed landscape spaces on 50 acres of land, most of the Spanish Mission style buildings on the site were originally built in the 1920’s and 30’s. The campus is currently used for residential and sports practice facilities, and also contains a conference center.
The initial scope of work on the Clark Kerr Campus included researching and verifying historic data and identifying underground utilities. Following our review and assessment, CSW|ST2 designed all infrastructure improvements to the campus. The project was completed in 2010.
