CSW/ST2 prepared a detailed topographic survey and base map for the campus-wide infrastructure modernization. We also prepared a detailed topographic survey, base map, grading, drainage, irrigation, and seeding plans for the ball field and track and field improvements. In addition, we provided site improvement plans for temporary classrooms. Services included topographic survey and base map, grading, drainage, and improvement plan to accommodate proposed buildings, composite existing utilities to be shown on plans (for reference only), set control point with horizontal and vertical location for use in construction staking, engineer’s opinion of probable construction costs, including grading, drainage, and hardscape improvements.
