CSW/ST2 is currently providing a broad scope of Civil Engineering services for the rehabilitation, upgrade, and replacement of the infrastructure at the College of Marin – Indian Valley campus. Our work involves the assessment of existing infrastructure, the design of new wet and dry utilities, and the resolution of accessibility (ADA) issues. Designing to the guidelines of LEED, NC 2.1, Sustainable Sites and Water Efficiency, our work will help the College to achieve LEED certification. We have also provided various other services on the campus including topographic mapping, record of survey, residential feasibility study, “as-built” swimming pool dimensions, and structural details of swimming pool drain inlet.
