CSW/ST2 has provided services on numerous projects completed over many years for the Kentfield campus of the College of Marin. We are currently providing a broad scope of Civil Engineering services for the rehabilitation, upgrade, and replacement of the College of Marin’s infrastructure. Our work involves the assessment of existing infrastructure, the design of new wet and dry utilities, and the resolution of accessibility (ADA) issues. Designing to the guidelines of LEED, NC 2.1, Sustainable Sites and Water Efficiency, our work will help the College to achieve LEED certification. Other projects on the campus include the child development center, the library parking lot, the science center parking lot, parking lots 6, 7, and 9, Kent Avenue boundary survey, and portable building survey. Services provided include topographic survey and map, site grading and drainage, sanitary sewer and water service plan, staking plan for construction survey, parking lot layout and striping plan, bid package for construction bidders, boundary survey, and Record of Survey.
