Marin County Health Wellness Campus - San Rafael, California.
CSW|ST2 provided civil engineering services to convert this existing office space in the Canal area of San Rafael to a County Health Campus and Health Clinic. The main campus consists of five buildings totaling around 74,000 square feet and one satellite building. Services include evaluation and upgrades to the existing utilities, sustainable on-site stormwater treatment, re-grading the site for ADA access, and a parking evaluation to meet the higher ADA standards for a clinic. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification.
