Berlex Biosciences – Richmond, California.
CSW/ST2 provided topographic survey and mapping to the entire Berlex campus. We also provided many services on the build-out of Building “C” which includes the final addition of a two-story, 16,000 square foot space. Our work included grading and drainage, utility infrastructure (storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water line), erosion control, construction staking, base mapping, detailed topography, and construction management. The project also included the relocation of emergency equipment into an enclosure for the fire booster pump and generator.
