Buck Institute for Age Research – Novato, California.
This research facility, designed by Pei, Cobb and Freed & Partners is nestled in the hills of Marin and required five years of approvals from the County Board of Supervisors and the Novato City Council to gain entitlement. Our design services included site mapping, site planning, grading, roadwork, sewer, storm drainage and detention facilities, water distribution, dry utilities, water tanks, wetland mitigation, habitat restoration, and creek protection.
