Located on a former PG&E corporation yard, this site contained heavily contaminated soil requiring special handling to ensure minimal future runoff into an adjacent creek. Work began with a base survey, preparation of a base map, contextual map, existing utilities mapping, preliminary grading plan, preliminary utility plan, and research into new utility connections and service. A non-permeable berm was built to contain and direct storm water runoff into the underground storm drainage system. Our services concluded with the preparation of the precise plan and tentative map, hydrology reports, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
