CSW|Stuber-Stroeh provided full civil engineering services to accommodate this new big-box retail store and parking lot on its bay-fronting site located a half-mile west of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. Previously used as landfill, the 15-acre site is comprised of predominantly bay mud and fill, and was prone to flooding until our grading and drainage design corrected this issue. CSW|ST2 was responsible for all professional civil engineering and surveying services, including site development work and utilities design.
