This outdoor shopping complex, consisting of 13 buildings and 60 retail stores, was built between U.S. Highway 101 and Petaluma Boulevard North in a flood zone adjacent to the Petaluma River. CSW/ST2 provided site design, including raising the site above flood elevation, grading, drainage, and utility plans.
