Hamilton Marketplace: Novato Safeway - Novato, California.

CSW|ST2 was involved in designing a treatment and detention system that utilized biofiltration and underground storage associated with the development of an 8-acre site that contained commercial shops, a bank, and a state of the art Safeway shopping center and gas station. We provided construction documents as well as hydraulic calculations and reports to support the design of the system. The installation of the storm system was successfully implemented and the Safeway Retail Center opened on schedule.

This project was awarded as the Top Retail Project in 2008 by the North Bay Business Journal.
