This project is located on a portion of the former Hamilton Army Airfield site and contains 100 affordable senior condominiums.  The project consists of eight buildings - four with 12 units and four with 13 units.  The project was included in the Tentative Map, Master Plan, and Precise Development Plan for Pointe Marin, Phase 1, it’s neighboring residential community.  Services we provided include rough and final grading and drainage plans; preliminary and final street improvements, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, waterline, and condominium plans.
