Lomas/Quarry Heights – Petaluma, California.
The site for this proposed 340 unit residential development has been utilized as a stone, gravel, and sand quarry since the early 1900’s. CSW/ST2 is providing site planning and conceptual design services on the proposed subdivision. A swim center, two active parks, and four passive parks were incorporated into the subdivision plans. The project is currently under City review.
