Meadow Park and Bay Vista at Meadow Park – Novato, California.
This development includes 488 affordable/below market rate townhouses and 220 affordable/below market rate apartment units. Work included hazardous materials removal, an 80% recycling requirement and extensive street rehabilitation. The project involved substantial environmental permit processing, and design and construction of a storm water by-pass channel. Plans included grading, drainage, utility, erosion control and signing and striping plans, as well as the Condominium Plans in 14 phases for the townhouse portion. CSW/ST2 also prepared several ALTA surveys for various portions of the project site. A CLOMR application was filed with and approved by FEMA for this project.
