DeSilva Island is a planned residential project on Richardson Bay in Marin County. The site is a former island that is now connected to the mainland by U.S. Highway 101. The development consists of 62 residential condominium units in eight buildings, a recreation facility, and two single family homes, along with restored marsh lands, wetlands and open bay, and public shoreline access. The public shoreline access includes parking, vistas for viewing wetlands, wildlife, Richardson Bay, and the San Francisco skyline. CSW/ST2 services included surveying, improvement plans, subdivision maps, condominium plans, construction grading, construction management, construction staking, erosion control plans, and run-off monitoring.
