McNear Landing consists of 180 single-family residential lots on an abandoned apartment site immediately adjacent to the Petaluma River. This project included tot-lots, river walk landscape design, and the restoration of the existing infrastructure. CSW/ST2 provided land planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture for this neighborhood community.
