CSW/ST2 completed the site plan, tentative map, improvement plans, final plans, and sewer main extension for this 19-unit home development in Novato. The subdivision featured one of the first bioswales and double detention basins in Marin County. The system allows evapo-transpiration while pretreating the site runoff, increasing the sustainability of the site and management of the storm water. The site also required the extension of utilities through a signature entrance and loop system that minimized pavement while allowing adequate site parking.
