Buck Center Water Distribution System – Novato, California.
This research facility, designed by Pei, Cobb, Fried & Partners is nestled in the hills of Marin and required five years of entitlement process from the County Board of Supervisors and the Novato City Council to gain approval. CSW/ST2 provided many design services on the site including the water distribution system. All utilities had to be extended to the site including water, sewer, electricity, telephone, cable, and gas. A double tank system for high and low pressure water systems was specially designed to provide fire and domestic services.
