Over the past 10 years, CSW/ST2 has provided all aspects of infrastructure improvements to complete the redevelopment and expansion of this major 1,100 acre Sonoma County facility. Services have included a Water Facilities Master Plan, grading design, storm drainage design, sanitary sewer facilities, pavement overlay to more than 70% of the track, and numerous studies, evaluations, and reports. Projects have required full engineering services including development of contract documents for bidding and construction, and all construction staking.
