CSW|ST2 was responsible for the rehabilitation of an existing restaurant and 12 cottage units. The site is on two parcels split by Highway 1 with the lower parcel units over hanging Tomales Bay. The project involved preparing Caltrans plans for widening Highway 1 to allow egress and egress to the site. Site engineering included a new parking lot, providing ADA accessible pathways, replacing all existing wet and dry utilities, adding a new domestic water tank, and providing utility crossings under Highway 1 and an existing creek. We were also responsible for the grading, storm drain design, and coordination with the septic and joint trench consultants.
