This $25M development project in downtown San Rafael is in the last phase of a seven building program to construct high rise office space and a multi-level parking structure. The site contained heavily contaminated soil requiring special handling to ensure minimal future runoff into an adjacent creek. CSW|ST2 provided complete civil engineering design for this project. Our services included a base survey, preparation of a base map, contextual map, existing utilities mapping, grading plan, utility plan, hydrology reports, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. This project meets strict LEED certification criteria including state of the art on-site storm water treatment and water conservation.
