What Makes CSW | ST2 Different

what1Our Multi-Disciplinary Approach

The unique makeup of our professional staff, coupled with the range of disciplines we provide, affords us a multi-faceted and comprehensive approach to solving the challenges of each project we tackle. Our environmental planners contribute to drainage projects. Our structural engineers contribute to land planning projects. Our septic designers and water system engineers make rural land development feasible.

These collaborations result in projects solved in more than one dimension, with a stronger solution as a result.

what2Going Beyond Expectations

Sure, we’re happy if our services please you. But what we really want to do is “wow” you with great ideas, insightful solutions, performance that goes beyond merely satisfying our contractual requirements. We want to exceed your expectations and develop solutions that make your life easier.

We see ourselves as our clients’ advocates. We take initiative and ask questions. We place ourselves in our clients’ shoes and approach our commissions the way we’d like them to be done if we were the owner.

what3Commitment to Community

CSW|ST2 has been committed to the communities we serve since opening our first office in 1954. Throughout the years, our staff has taken on a great number of leadership roles in a wide variety of North Bay organizations and regularly volunteers time, energy, money, and services to support numerous community needs and programs.

The California State Assembly presented CSW|ST2 with a Certificate of Recognition Community Leadership and Service, basing the award on exemplary commitment to quality employees, superior service, and widespread community involvement through generous contributions of time, energy, and financial support to local nonprofits.
